Yes. According to Amazfit, the Band 5 has 11 sports modes: outdoor running, walking, cycling, treadmill, pool swimming, freestyle, indoor cycling, elliptical, jump rope, yoga, and rowing machine. I can't comment on how well it actually works it monitoring any of those modes.
